1 pc. Green Papaya, peeled then sliced

1 bundle Sili Leaves, use tender leaves only

  • In a pot, brown MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY GINGER in hot oil.

  • Add water and papaya.

  • Cover, let simmer for 15 minutes or until papaya is almost tender.

  • Add sili leaves, simmer once.

  • Season with patis or salt to taste.


*Completely thaw the product before cooking.
