2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 cup Water

1 pc. Potato, peeled then quartered

1 pc. Carrot, peeled then sliced

1 pc. Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips

1 tbsp. Curry Powder

  • In a pot, brown MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY GATA in hot oil.

  • Pour water. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.

  • Add potato, carrot and curry powder.

  • Simmer covered for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  • Add bell pepper and simmer for about 1 minute more.

  • Season with patis or salt to taste.


*Completely thaw the product before cooking.
