Ingredients

3 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL

1/2 kg Magnolia Chicken Station Choice Cut Breast

  salt

pinch pepper

3 cloves garlic

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, salted

2 tbsp calamansi juice

1 pack WANDAH ALL AROUND CREAM MIX, dissolved in 1/4 cup water

3 tbsp chopped capers, chopped parsley

  salt and pepper to taste

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in oil.

  • Add butter, garlic, calamansi and let it cook for a minute.

  • Add cream and season with salt and pepper.

  • Add capers and top with parsley before serving.
