4-5 cups Water

1/4 cup Regular Rice, soaked in water then drained

1/4 cup Glutinous (Malagkit) Rice, soaked in water then drained

Chicken Arroz Caldo

  • In a pot, brown MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY GINGER in hot oil.

  • Add water and rice.

  • Cover and simmer until the rice mixture is cooked and thickened.

  • Season with patis or salt to taste.

  • Optional: May add kasubha (for color), boiled egg, fried garlic and calamansi.


*Completely thaw the product before cooking.
