Ingredients

6 pcs MAGNOLIA CAGE-FREE BROWN EGGS (beaten)

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK

1/2 cup Grated, MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

1 (198g) can button mushrooms pieces and stems (drained)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp parsley (chopped) *optional

200 grams left over PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM (diced or cut into thin strips)

1/4 tsp iodized fine salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure

  • In a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté mushroom, garlic, parsley and ham. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and cheese. Pour over filling in pan.

  • Cover and cook over lower heat until set. Check doneness by sticking a toothpick in the middle. Toothpick should be clean and without egg mixture when taken out.

 

Makes 5 servings (8 equal triangle).
