Magnolia Tropical Chicken Lollipop
1 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS
1 cup lime juice
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup cornstarch
2 cups MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp paprika
1 cup crushed pineapple (reserve the juice)
2 cups coconut milk
- Marinate chicken lollipop with lime juice, salt and pepper. Dredge in cornstarch then deep-fry in hot oil.
- Sauce: Melt butter in a pan. Sauté garlic, spices and crushed pineapple. Add coconut milk and juice from pineapple. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve as a dip or pour over wings.
